Change a workspace member's role

Changes the role of someone who has access to the workspace. In a workspace open to everyone, setting someone back to their default role drops their individual role. Only Org Admins can change an Org Admin's role in a workspace, which the API key can. owner is refused, and the Workspace Owner's role can't be changed.
