Restrict a workspace
POST/projects/:project_id/restrict
Turns off Everyone in the organization for the workspace. The members listed in
keep_membership_ids keep access; everyone else who had access through the organization loses
it, and what they own in the workspace moves to the Workspace Owner. Org Admins and the
Workspace Owner always keep access. The response lists who lost access and what moved.
Refused when the workspace is already restricted.

The project or resource was not found.
The requested HTTP method is not allowed.
Too many requests sent with the same API key. Up to 10 requests can be sent within 1 second.
