Change a member's role in a workspace
PUT/members/:membership_id/projects/:project_id
Sets the member's role in one workspace. no_access removes them from a restricted workspace
and moves what they own there to the Workspace Owner; it is refused in a workspace that is open
to everyone. Ownership can't change through the API, so owner is refused and the Workspace
Owner's role can't be changed.
