Mitzu gets a new analytics page with sidebar navigation, a list of recent chats and a Mitzu Agent widget on the home page. Funnels and journeys can count converted events in addition to converted users.

  • Count converted events. Funnels and journeys can measure conversion by the number of converting events, not just converting users.
  • Recent chats. Pick up past Mitzu Agent conversations from a recent chats list.
  • AI home widget. Start a Mitzu Agent conversation from the home page.
