v0.5.9
A large release that turns Mitzu into a full web app. It adds retention analysis and dashboards, connects to many more warehouses, supports nested data types, and ships as a Docker image with single sign-on and user management.
Added
- Retention. Analyze retention with line charts and heatmaps.
- Dashboards. Create and update dashboards from saved metrics.
- More warehouses. Connect to Snowflake, Databricks, Athena and Trino.
- Nested data types. Use fields inside map, struct and other complex columns as properties.
- Multiple event tables. Analyze events from several tables in one project.
- Time to convert. Aggregate funnels by the time users take to convert.
- Table view. Sort, filter, page through and export the results table.
- Single sign-on. Sign in with OAuth or SSO, restrict sign-in to allowed email domains, and manage users and roles.
- Docker images. Run Mitzu from the official Docker image.
- Sample projects. Explore Mitzu with example projects and data.
- Share links. Share an insight with a link.
Changed
- Projects support default date ranges and refresh automatically.
- Date partition columns are used to speed up queries.
- Project discovery is more reliable, and the app shows its version.
Fixed
- Fixed retention chart legends and defaults when switching metric types, and connections that are in use can no longer be deleted.
