Charts in agent chats can be added to a dashboard in one click, and segments can filter for users who did an event exactly N times. Dashboard cards show which refresh phase they are in and no longer get stuck fetching data.

Added​

  • Add to dashboard from chats. Agent chat chart cards have an add-to-dashboard button.
  • "Exactly N times" filter. Filter segments to users who performed an event exactly N times.
  • Refresh phase on cards. Dashboard cards show whether a refresh is queued, scheduled or running.

Changed​

  • Adding, deleting or moving a dashboard card updates only that card.
  • Dashboard headers have a collapse caret and cards have clearer loading labels.
  • Breakdown values sort by their value.
  • The full-page agent chat is wider, and dashboard cards use less padding on small screens.

Fixed​

  • Dashboard cards no longer get stuck on "Fetching data".
  • Clicking the same chart point again reopens its tooltip.
